Welcome to website terms and conditions for use. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. 

Product description 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All size and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes.

We reserve the right to refuse orders where products information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions. 

Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on our website are in pound sterling, unless otherwise indicated are inclusive of VAT. Payment can be made using Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

Acceptance of order

We will confirm our acceptance of order – on receipt of cleared funds – be email (where a valid email address is provided). We reserve the right to refuse an order due to unavailable stock or unauthorised payment. If stock is out of stock please call on 0208 9972886 or email


Most orders are dispatched within 24 hrs. Postage and packaging charges are as follows:

Free shipping for orders over £50

Standard - £4.50 per order. Allow 4 days
Express - £6.95, guaranteed next working day. Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Saturday delivery - £16.50. Please call 0208 997 2886 to arrange this.

Europe - £12 per order

Worldwide - £19 per order, please allow 9-14 days.


An exchange or full refund is offered, after 14days of delivery receipt, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your Mini Lunn product. Products must be in their original packaging and condition. Returns are at the customers’ expense and we suggest using recorded mail. We will not accept any responsibility for your return shipments being lost or damaged in transit. A refund or credit note will be issued after the 14 days and within 28 days of receipt of the products.

Data protection

Mini Lunn securely stores information (including name, contact and payment details) to complete customer orders. We store records of your past purchases but we do not store card details, we only use this information to email you promotional information – we will never pass your details onto third parties. Communication will only ever come direct from Mini Lunn.

We provide customers with an ‘opt in’ option to receive marketing/ promotional information from Mini Lunn. You can ‘opt out’ at any point.

By registering on the Mini Lunn website, you can shop faster, and will not need to re enter your details for future orders. You can check the status of your order, and you can amend your details at any time using your log in details.

We have taken every measure to ensure that online shopping at Mini Lunn is as secure as possible. We use a secure online payment system using Sage Pay and as we never store credit card details on our site.

We sometimes share links to other websites that we think our customers may be interested in. Mini Lunn is not responsible for these sites, so we recommend that you review their own privacy policies.
